摘要 随着陆上风电机组的功率增大,塔筒的高度也随之增大,塔筒吊装施工难度也相应增大。以内蒙古锡林浩特市陆上风电项目为例,简述陆上风机塔筒吊装施工方法,重点对吊具安装与塔筒起吊翻身、就位及锚栓张拉等施工工艺进行探讨,有效提高了塔筒吊装的施工精度及安全性。研究成果可供陆上风机塔筒吊装施工参考。 As the power of the onshore wind turbine units increases, the height of the tower also increases, and the hoisting construction of the tower becomes more difficult accordingly. Taking the onshore wind power project in Xilinhot, Nei Mongol Autonomous Region as an example, this paper briefly introduces the hoisting construction technology of the onshore wind turbine tower. Particularly, construction techniques including the hoisting appliance installation, tower lifting, over-turning and positioning, and anchor bolt tensioning are discussed. The technology effectively improves the hoisting construction accuracy and safety of the wind turbine tower. It provides useful reference for the hoisting construction of onshore wind turbine towers.
