基于课程思政的“高级食品化学”教学改革探索

作为一门理论与应用紧密结合的研究生专业课,“高级食品化学”对于培养研究生自主学习、科学思维、技术创新等能力具有重要指导意义。为提高教学质量、传播正能量、培养优秀人才,开展“高级食品化学”课程的思政建设,将思政元素融入日常的教学过程中,努力培养有理想、有担当、具有家国情怀的食品专业人才。通过课程思政元素的融入、改进授课方法和改革考核方式,实现理论教学与思政教育的有机统一。

As a graduate professional course closely integrating theory and application,“Advanced Food Chemistry”has important guiding significance for cultivating graduate students’abilities of independent learning,scientific thinking,technological innovation and so on.In order to improve teaching quality,to spread positive energy and to cultivate excellent talents,the ideological and political construction of“Advanced Food Chemistry”course is carried out.The ideological and political elements are integrated into the daily teaching process to cultivate food professionals with ideals,responsibilities and national feelings.Through the integration of ideological and political elements in the curriculum,the improvement of teaching methods and the reform of examination methods,the organic unity of theoretical teaching and ideological and political education can be realized.
