双循环发展格局下我国农村物流发展对策

Countermeasures for Development of Rural Logistics in China under Dual-cycle Development Pattern

对农村物流发展进行梳理,发现我国农村物流发展存在物流基础建设不完善、供应链商业模式运用程度低,农村物流模式单一的问题。分析认为农村物流发展应强化农村物流枢纽网络建设、数字化供应链管理、对农村物流服务模式进行创新,并提出利用政策促进农村物流枢纽网络的构建、以“新基建”推进数字化供应链、利用电商发展推动农村物流服务模式创新的具体策略,旨在推动农村物流发展,解决农产品流通难的问题,助力构建双循环新发展格局。

In this paper, we summarized the development of rural logistics, and found several problems such as imperfect logistics infrastructure, low application of supply chain business model and monotonous rural logistics operation modes. Through analysis, it was pointed out that to develop rural logistics, we should strengthen rural logistics hub network construction and digital supply chain management, and innovate the rural logistics service mode. Besides, we put forward specific strategies such as constructing rural logistics hub network through policy preference, promoting digital supply chain with "new infrastructure construction", and innovating rural logistics service mode with the development of e-commerce, so as to promote the development of rural logistics, solve the problem of agricultural product circulation, and help foster the new dual-cycle development pattern.
