后疫情时代大学生择业观的影响因素与积极引导——基于社会生态系统理论的视角

Qualitative Research on the Change of College Students’View of Career Choice in the Post-Epidemic Era——Based on the Perspective of Social Ecosystem Theory

探索新冠疫情对大学生择业观的影响因素,有利于后疫情时代更好地促进大学生就业。运用扎根理论,通过对高校毕业生的质性访谈,发现大学生择业观受到微观、中观和宏观三种系统体系中的多个因素交互作用影响,呈现出追求安全稳定、求职标准降低、选择中小城市等新特点。基于社会生态系统理论视角,可以从个体、家庭、同辈、政府、媒体多个角度建构后疫情时代下大学生择业观的引导措施。

This paper explored the impact of the occurrence of COVID-19 on college students’view of career choice,and analyzed the relevant factors that influence the change of college students’view of career choice from the perspective of social ecosystem theory.Qualitative interviews were conducted with 8 college graduates whose"employment concept was affected by the epidemic",and the interview materials were analyzed by grounded theory.It is found that college students’view of career choice is influenced by the interaction of multiple factors in the three systems of micro,medium and macro,showing new characteristics such as pursuing safety and stability,reducing job-hunting standards,and choosing small and medium-sized cities.Based on the social ecosystem theory,this paper constructs the guiding measures for college students’view of career choice in the post-epidemic era from the perspectives of individuals,families,peers,government and media.
