论大学生创业法治素养提升的四重矛盾

Quadruple Contradiction in Improving College Students Legal Literacy of Entrepreneurship

法治素养是创业素质的重要组成部分,大学生提升法治素养是其适应双创高质量发展的迫切要求。高校双创教育是提升大学生创业法治素养的重要途径,但目前双创教育仍存在创业法治教育边缘化与双创教育高定位之间的矛盾、教育内容片面低层次与法律风险防控高要求不匹配的矛盾、教育形式单一性与教育内容丰富性的矛盾、教师知识结构不足与学生实际需要不相符的矛盾。对此,需要通过明确高校创业法治教育的目标定位、重构教育内容、丰富教育形式、推进师资队伍建设等路径予以破解,进而实现提升大学生创业法治素养的目标。

Legal literacy is the important component of entrepreneurship competency and college students must improve their legal literacy to adapt to the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship.University innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way to improve the legal literacy of college students.However,quadruple contradictions are present in it.The first contradiction is between the marginalization of entrepreneurship legal education and the orientation of entrepreneurship and innovation education;the second is the mismatch between education content and legal risk prevention and control requirements;the third is the contradiction between the form and content of education;and the fourth is the contradiction between teachers knowledge structure and students needs.We need to clarify the goal of entrepreneurship legal education,reconstruct the content of education,enrich the form of education,and promote the construction of teaching staff so as to dissolve these contradictions and promote college students legal literacy of entrepreneurship.
