摘要
韧性城市是城市领域应对风险挑战的一种方式,受到规划学界广泛的讨论和关注.在城市社区中建立分布式食物生长供给系统,是提升城市韧性的重要方面.集装箱植物舱可摆脱土壤、阳光、天气等自然条件的影响,以完全可控的环境条件实现作物的高质量周年生产.文章介绍了集装箱植物舱的技术特性、系统组成,总结了其在社区规划中与建筑结合的设计原则,以及在中国各气候区城市的能耗规律和经济性分析.同时,总结了植物舱内种植作物的品类和相应特点,并对植物舱所栽培的生菜作物进行检验.研究结果表明,集装箱植物舱作为一种分布式食物生长系统,可以在食物供给、土地资源利用方面增强城市社区韧性,具有良好的应用价值.
The resilient city,serving a a model for cities to confront risks and challenges,has received widespread discussion and attention.To establish distributed food growth&supply systems in communities is an aspect of enhancing city resilience.The container plant factory is free from the influence of natural conditions such as soil,sunlight,and weather,enabling high quality annual crop production with fully controllable environmental conditions.This paper introduces the technical characteristics and system composition of the container plant factory,providing its design principles in community planning and its energy consumption and economic analysis in various climate zones in China.Meanwhile,it summarizes the types of crops grown in the plant factory and examines the quality of lettuces.The research results show that the container plant factory has a good application value to enhance the resilience of urban communities in terms of food supply and land resource utilization.
