农村社区居民高尿酸血症与代谢综合征及其组分的相关性分析 被引量:1

Correlation of metabolic syndrome and its components with hyperuricemia among rural residents

摘要 目的 了解浙江省海宁市居民高尿酸血症和代谢综合征流行情况及其相关性,为高尿酸血症和相关疾病的防治提供依据。方法 采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法抽取海宁市农村社区18岁以上共1 893例进行问卷调查、体格测量和实验室检测。结果 调查人群高尿酸血症患病率为15.32%,标化患病率为15.10%,男性为19.97%,女性为10.40%,男女患病率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.706,P<0.01)。非条件logistic回归分析显示,男性(OR=1.517, 95%CI:1.072~2.146)、高血压(OR=1.663, 95%CI:1.237~2.236)、TG升高(OR=1.790, 95%CI:1.288~2.487)、肥胖(OR=1.640, 95%CI:1.115~2.413)、代谢综合征(OR=1.433, 95%CI:1.018~2.019)是高尿酸血症患病的危险因素,代谢综合征组分数量越多,高尿酸血症患病风险越高(P<0.01)。结论 高尿酸血症与代谢综合征及其组分密切相关,积极控制体质量指数、腰围、血压、血糖和血脂有助于防止高尿酸血症的发生。 Objective This paper aims to understand the prevalence and correlation of hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of hyperuricemia and relevant diseases. Methods A total of 1 893 cases over 18 years old in rural communities of Haining were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method for questionnaire survey, physical measurement and laboratory testing. Results The prevalence rate and the standardized rate of hyperuricemia were respectively 15.32% and 15.10%. The prevalence of hyperuricemia in male(19.97%) was significantly higher than that in female(10.40%), with the difference statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.706, P<0.01). The results of multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that male(OR=1.517, 95%CI:1.072-2.146), hypertention(OR=1.663, 95%CI:1.237-2.236), hypertriglyceridemia(OR=1.790, 95%CI:1.288-2.487), obesity(OR=1.640, 95%CI:1.115-2.413) and metabolic syndrome(OR=1.433, 95%CI:1.018-2.019) were the risk factors of hyperuricemia. The risk of hyperuricemia dramatically increased along with the component number of metabolic syndrome(P<0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of hyperuricemia was associated with metabolic syndrome and its components. Active control of the body mass index, waistline, blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipid is helpful to prevent hyperuricemia.
