豆科不同作物结瘤特性

摘要 以“齐农33号”大豆、红芸豆、“齐农绿1号”绿豆、双色豆、黑肾豆、雀蛋豆和“澳洲红玉”豌豆为研究对象,调查其结瘤特性.结果表明,“澳洲红玉”豌豆在播种后20 d即结瘤,其它6种作物在30 d后结瘤.红芸豆、黑肾豆、“澳洲红玉”豌豆的结瘤多,显著多于其它4种作物.“齐农33号”大豆、“齐农绿1号”绿豆和“澳洲红玉”豌豆的根瘤较大,平均直径为2.65~2.96cm,显著大于其它作物.根瘤的表面颜色以黄色或淡黄色为主,多为球形;而“澳洲红玉”豌豆的根瘤则为乳白色,长枣状或其它形状.根瘤开始形成时多聚集于主根上部,后在主根中部及侧根也有分布. Qinong 33 soybean,Red kidney bean,Qinonglü 1 mung bean,Bicolor bean,Black kidney bean,Bird egg bean and Aaozhouhongyu pea were taken as the research objects to explore their characteristics of nodulation.The results showed that Aozhouhongyu peas nodulated 20 days after sowing,while the other six crops nodulated 30 days after sowing.Red kidney beans,Black kidney beans and Aozhouhongyu peas have more nodules than the other four crops.Qinong 33 soybean,Qinonglü 1 mung bean and Aozhouhongyu peas have larger root nodules than the other crops,and the average diameter is 2.65~2.96 cm.The surface color of nodule is mainly yellow or light yellow,and mostly spherical.The root nodules of Aozhouhongyu peas are milky white,long jujube shaped or other shapes.Nodules began to form in the upper part of the main root,and later in the middle part of the main root and lateral roots.
