摘要 随着工业互联网的蓬勃发展,在新型工业信息系统和工业智能技术的推动下,生产线正向着物理空间与信息空间实时交互融合的方向发展,应运而生的数字孪生技术成为近年来的新兴研究热点。针对数字孪生技术的概念研究、工业生产领域中的应用发展、智能生产线应用领域的参考架构与关键技术及其相关研究进展进行了梳理和探讨。归纳和总结了数字孪生技术在智能生产线中的主要应用,阐述了数字孪生技术在智能生产线领域的相关研究和应用进展,并对数字孪生技术在智能生产线应用领域中的未来趋势提出展望和预测,为离散制造企业推进生产线全生命周期管理与数字化转型升级,实现柔性化的智能制造提供一定指导和启示。 With the booming development of the industrial Internet, driven by new industrial information systems and industrial intelligence technologies, production line is developing towards the real-time interactive integration of physical space and information space.Digital twin technology with the characteristics of virtual reality fusion has become a new research hotspot in recent years.The conceptual research, application development in industrial production, key technologies and applications of digital twin technology in intelligent production line and its reference architecture were reviewed.The main application directions of digital twin technology in intelligent production lines were summarized.The relevant research and application progress of digital twin technology in the field of intelligent production line were discussed.Finally, the development trend of digital twin technology in the field of intelligent production lines was forecasted and predicted.Enlightenment was provided for discrete manufacturing enterprises to promote the whole life cycle management, digital transformation and upgrading of production lines, and to realize flexible intelligent manufacturing.
