摘要
化工作为国民经济的重要支柱产业,对我国的经济社会发展有着巨大的推动作用。但现实中部分化工企业的安全生产基础薄弱,安全生产信息化管理空白,不能很好地管控过程安全生产风险,使得企业的稳定发展受到一定程度的影响。基于此,针对化工企业的生产特点和安全管理等方面的需求,以信息化技术、大数据技术等先进技术为基础,开发设计了一款化工企业安全生产管理信息化系统。首先,对系统设计原则进行阐述,接着基于SOA架构实现了系统功能结构、数据库设计以及接口设计,并实现了安全生产管理信息化系统的主要模块建设,以此充分满足化工企业的安全生产管理需求。旨在促进化工企业安全生产风险的管控。
As an important industrial pillar of the national economy,chemical industry plays a huge role in promoting the economic and social development of China.However,in reality,the safety production foundation of some chemical enterprises is weak,the information management of safety production is blank,and the risk of process safety production cannot be well controlled,which has affected the stable development of enterprises to a certain extent.Based on this,according to the production characteristics and safety management requirements of chemical enterprises,this paper develops and designs a chemical enterprise safety production management information system based on information technology,big data technology and other advanced technologies.First of all,the system design principles are described,and then the system functional structure,database design and interface design are realized based on SOA architecture,and the main module construction of the safety production management information system is realized,which fully meets the safety production management requirements of chemical enterprises.It aims to promote the management and control of safety production risks of chemical enterprises.
