人文关怀护理模式对提高骨科护理质量和患者满意度的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Humanistic Care Nursing Mode on Improving Orthopedic Nursing Quality and Patient Satisfaction

分析了人文关怀理念指导下的护理模式在临床骨科患者护理期间的应用价值。选择2020年1月—2021年1月成都中医药大学附属医院收治的骨科患者作为研究对象(n=80),以护理干预方案的不同为依据对其进行分组(n=40),分为n1组(对应为常规护理)与n2组(对应在常规护理的基础上增加介入人文关怀护理程序),观察患者的生存质量、患者护理环节满意度评分、患者人文关怀评分。研究发现,人文关怀指导下的护理干预方案在骨科护理患者干预中具有指导性价值。

This paper analyzes the application value of the nursing procedure guided by the concept of humanistic care in the nursing period of clinical orthopedic patients.The orthopedic patients admitted to Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects(n=80).They were grouped according to the different nursing intervention schemes(n=40),and were divided into n1 group(corresponding to conventional nursing)and n2 group(corresponding to the addition of humanistic care nursing procedures on the basis of conventional nursing).The quality of life of patients,patient satisfaction scores in nursing links patient humanistic care score.The study found that the nursing intervention program under the guidance of humanistic care has guiding value in the intervention of orthopedic nursing patients.
