国际比较视阈下职业教育教师准入制度研究 被引量:1

摘要 教师准入制度是师资队伍建设的首要关卡。完善的职业教育教师准入制度为职业教育教师培养和选拔提供制度保障。围绕教师的准入标准、教师资格认证和教师选聘过程三个维度比较与审视德国、美国、澳大利亚和中国的职业教育教师准入制度,并立足我国职业教育教师准入制度的现实诉求,借鉴国际有益经验,提出职业教育教师准入制度的建设路径:制定全面的职业教育教师准入标准,实现理论与实践相结合;成立教师专业标准委员会,发挥专业标准的引领作用;融合社会多方力量,规范教师资格认证程序;加强政校企合作,提升教师选聘过程的有效性与选聘结果的公平性。 The teacher access system is the first for the construction of the faculty,and the vocational education teacher access system provides an institutional guarantee for the training and selection of vocational teachers.Focusing on access criteria,qualification certification,and process selection,the access systems of vocational education teachers in Germany,America,Australia,and China are investigated and compared.According to our realistic demands of vocational education teacher access system,this study draws lessons from beneficial international experiences and explores construction paths.First,develop comprehensive teacher access criteria,realizing the combination of theory and practice.Second,establish professional standards committee for teachers to play a leading role in professional standards.Third,integrate the forces of multiple parties in society,standardizing teacher qualification confirmation procedures.Fourth,strengthen government-school-enterprise cooperation,improving the effectiveness of the teacher-selecting process and the fairness of teacher-selecting results.
