应用型本科院校产业学院建设的探索与实践——以吉林工程技术师范学院服装设计产业学院为例 被引量:6

摘要 在国家专门政策要求、高校转型改革需求、产业转型升级推动、学校功能发挥的时代背景下,探索建设产业学院成为应用型本科高校转型改革的重要策略。针对当前服装设计产业学院建设存在的重技能训练、人才培养方向相对单一化、共建企业过于宽泛、办学定位不清晰等问题,吉林工程技术师范学院探索出以“四主体、五协同”人才培养模式为特点的服装设计产业学院建设模式,并从协同制定人才培养方案、协同制定双师培养计划、协同开发课程体系、协同构建培养平台、协同监督教学质量五个方面开展了深入实践。 Under the background of the requirements of national special policies,the needs of college transformation and reform,the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading,and the utilization of school functions,the construction of industrial colleges has become an important strategy of transformation and reform of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of the current fashion design industry college,such as too much emphasis on skill training,relatively single direction of personnel training,too broad co-construction enterprises,and unclear school positioning,Jilin Engineering Normal University has established an fashion design industrial college construction mode characterized by the“four main bodies and five synergies”talent training mode,and in-depth practice has been carried out from five aspects:collaborative formulation of talent training programs,collaborative formulation of dual-teacher training plans,collaborative development of curriculum systems,collaborative construction of training platforms,and collaborative supervision of teaching quality.
