乳宁颗粒治疗乳腺增生症有效性和安全性的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Runing Granule in the Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

目的探讨乳宁颗粒治疗乳腺增生症的有效性及安全性。方法检索各数据库建库至2021年12月30日发表的关于乳宁颗粒治疗乳腺增生症的随机对照试验(RCT),检索数据库包括中文期刊全文数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国临床试验注册中心(ChiCTR)、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Medline、Embase。采用Co-chrane协作提供的Review Manager 5.4软件进行Meta分析,制定纳入标准和排除标准,2名研究者独立进行筛选文献、提取资料及偏倚风险评估。结果共纳入11个RCT,2123例患者。1)总有效率方面:试验组患者的总有效率优于对照组[RR=1.47,95%CI(1.24,1.74),P<0.00001];2)治愈率方面:试验组患者的治愈率优于对照组[RR=2.22,95%CI(1.56,3.15),P<0.00001];3)无效率方面:对照组显著高于试验组[RR=0.13,95%CI(0.08,0.23),P<0.00001];4)月经紊乱方面:试验组显著低于对照组[RR=0.26,95%CI(0.13,0.54),P=0.0003];5)胃肠道不良反应方面:试验组显著低于对照组[RR=0.33,95%CI(0.15,0.72),P=0.005]。结论乳宁颗粒治疗乳腺增生症临床疗效好,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of runing granule in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods The randomized controlled trials of runing granule in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands published from the establishment of databases to December 30,2021 were searched,The retrieval databases include VIP,CNKI,Wanfang,CBM,ChiCTR,Cochrane Library,PubMed,MEDLINE and EMBASE.The Review Manager 5.4 software provided by Co-chrane was used for meta analysis,Establish inclusion and exclusion criteria,Two researchers independently screened the literature,data extraction and bias risk assessment.Results 9 literatures of randomized and controlled of treatment of breast hyperplasia were selected,there were 2123 patients.1)In terms of total effective rate,the total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group[RR=1.47,95%CI(1.24,1.74),P<0.00001].2)In terms of cure rate,the cure rate of patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group[RR=2.22,95%CI(1.56,3.15),P<0.00001].3)Inefficiency:in terms of inefficiency,the control group was significantly higher than the experimental group[RR=0.13,95%CI(0.08,0.23),P<0.00001].4)Menstrual disorder:the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group[RR=0.26,95%CI(0.13,0.54),P=0.0003].5)Gastrointestinal adverse reactions:the test group was significantly lower than the control group[RR=0.33,95%CI(0.15,0.72),P=0.005].Conclusion Runing Granule has good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.
