连花柴芩可溶性粉治疗鸡风热犯肺证扩大临床试验研究

Extended clinical trial of Lianhua Chaiqin soluble powder in the treatment of chicken wind-heat invading lung syndrome

为了进一步验证连花柴芩可溶性粉对鸡风热犯肺证的临床疗效,在实验性临床研究基础上,进行扩大临床试验。将纳入研究的600只病鸡随机分为2组,每组300只,分别为试验组(2 g/L连花柴芩可溶性粉饮水给药)和不处理对照组,连续用药5 d,记录给药前后各组鸡只的精神状态、体温、呼吸道症状;采用量化分级评分法评价受试药物对鸡风热犯肺主证的临床疗效,同时记录分析各组鸡只的采食量和饮水量,综合评价受试药物对鸡风热犯肺证的临床疗效。结果显示,与不处理对照组相比,试验组鸡只平均体温显著降低(P<0.05),呼吸道症状显著改善(P<0.05),临床总有效率为90.34%;同时,试验组鸡只采食量与体质量显著提高(P<0.05),饮水量显著减少(P<0.05)。综上所述,连花柴芩可溶性粉对鸡风热犯肺所致的发热、咳嗽、食欲减退、口渴喜饮具有较好的缓解和治疗作用,其临床推荐用药方案为2 g/L,饮水给药,连用5 d。

In order to further verify the clinical effect of Lianhua Chaiqin soluble powder on chicken wind-heat invading lung syndrome,an expanded clinical trial was carried out on the basis of experimental clinical research.600 diseased chickens included in the study were randomly divided into experimental group(2 g·L-1Lianhua Chaiqin soluble powder)and untreated control group.Drinking water was given for 5 days.The mental state,body temperature and respiratory symptoms of each group were recorded before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the tested drugs on the main syndrome of wind-heat invading lung was evaluated by quantitative grading method.At the same time,the feed intake and drinking water of each group of chickens were recorded and analyzed,and the clinical efficacy of the tested drugs on the syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that compared with the untreated control group,the average body temperature of the experimental group was lower(P<0.05),the respiratory symptoms were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the total clinical effective rate was 90.34%.At the same time,the feed intake of chickens in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05),the amount of drinking water decreased(P<0.05),and the body weight increased significantly(P<0.05).To sum up,Lianhua Chaiqin soluble powder has a good relieving and therapeutic effect on fever,cough,loss of appetite and thirst caused by wind-heat invading the lungs in chickens.The clinical recommended regimen is 2 g·L-1,given in drinking water for 5 days.
