“大自然是最好的酿酒师”。迎驾贡通过与五粮液酒厂的技术合作并与当地生态结合演化,最终形成了迎驾贡酒“徽派五粮浓香”的风格。与此同时,迎驾贡酒的生态酿造理念也逐渐被市场与消费者所接受。透过一瓶瓶迎驾贡酒,消费者不仅了解到徽派五粮的酿造工艺,也体味到了山、水、洞赋予其的灵气。而生态产区、生态剐水、生态酿艺、生态循环、生态洞藏、生态消费的全生态酿造体系也得以成型。

Through a bottle of Yingjia Gongjiu,consumers not only learned the brewing technology of Wuliang of Anhui-style, but also experienced the aura of mountains, water and caves.The whole ecological brewing system of ecological production area, water, brewing technology, cycle, cave storage and consumption has also been formed.
