摘要
采用前乙烯基法,以脂肪酸与丙烯酸酯单体反应,制备高酸值的丙烯酸预聚物,然后与苯乙烯-丙烯醇共聚树脂SAA-100在脱芳烃溶剂中反应,并经过中和与乳化,制备了水性醇酸乳液;以该乳液为基料,制备了水性醇酸磁漆,并对影响水性醇酸乳液性能的诸多因素进行了探讨。结果表明:采用妥尔油酸与甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、乙烯基甲苯和甲基丙烯酸混合滴加来制备丙烯酸预聚物,甲基丙烯酸在丙烯酸预聚物中的用量为20%时,综合效果最好;水性醇酸乳液合成过程中选用D40作为回流溶剂,以乙二醇丁醚作为助溶剂,油度为40%左右,树脂的酸值控制在45~55 mgKOH/g,制备的乳液性能最佳。
High acid value pre-polymers were prepared by reacting fatty acids with acrylic monomers by the pre-vinyl method,and then reacted with SAA-100 styrene allyl alcohol copolymer in the hydrocarbon solvent.After neutralization and emulsification,the waterborne alkyd emulsion was prepared.The waterborne alkyd coating was prepared based on the emulsion.The effects of waterborne alkyd emulsion properties were discussed.The results showed that the pre-polymers were prepared by dropping the mixture of tall oleic acid and n-butyl methacrylate,vinyl toluene and methacrylic acid.When the amount of methacrylic acid in the prepolymers was 20%,the comprehensive effect was the best.During the synthesis of waterborne alkyd emulsion,D40 was selected as the reflux solvent,ethylene glycol butyl ether as the cosolvent,the oil-length was about 40%,and the acid value of the resin was controlled between 45-55 mg KOH/g,the prepared waterborne alkyd emulsion owned the best performance.
