目的设计一套医保与信息联动的无纸化智能监控管理系统,探索一条高效、简便、低耗的管理路径,减轻患者和医生的负担。方法通过医院已有的自动化办公平台系统,设计一套医保与信息联动的无纸化智能监控管理系统,使医保办公室通过该系统与相关医保工作联系起来,简化工作流程,提高管理水平,同时也降低办公成本。结果医保、公医申请业务采用无纸化智能监控管理以后,患者满意度大幅度提高;有效提升医院的工作效率及管理水平,真正实现医院的战略,借助互联网技术,让患者少跑路,信息多跑路。结论无纸化智能监控系统能够一定程度上缩减医保业务办理的时间、提高准确性以及降低医院运行成本。

Objective To design a paperless intelligent monitoring management system of medical insurance and information linkage,and to explore an efficient,simple and low-cost management path to reduce the burden on patients and doctors.Methods Design a set of paperless intelligent monitoring management system linked by medical insurance and information by the existing automated office platform system of the hospital,so that the medical insurance office can link with relevant medical insurance work through the system,simplify the workflow and improve the management level,reduce office costs.Results After the medical insurance and public medical application business adopt paperless intelligent monitoring and management,the patient satisfaction is greatly improved;the hospital’s work efficiency and management level are effectively improved,the hospital’s strategy is truly realized,and the patient is less likely to run the road with the help of Internet technology.Conclusion The paperless intelligent monitoring system can reduce the time for medical insurance business processing,improve the accuracy and reduce the operating cost of hospitals.
