博士立项建设实施路径及实践研究——以中原工学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 具有博士学位授予权是彰显高校办学层次,展示综合实力与水平的重要标志。博士学位授予立项建设是高校获得博士授予权的重要途径,通过对博士学位授予立项建设制度的发展历程及对高校发展的推动作用分析,提出了以学科建设为龙头,以研究生教育质量提升为重点的博士立项建设实施路径,并以中原工学院为例,介绍了其博士立项建设的主要举措、实践创新以及取得的成效。 Having the right to confer doctoral degrees is an important symbol to highlight the level of university-running and show its comprehensive strength and level. The project-establishment of doctoral degree granting is an important way for universities to obtain the right to confer doctoral degrees. Based on the analysis of the development process of the construction system of doctoral degree granting and its promoting effect on the development of colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the construction and implementation path that takes the discipline construction as the leading factor and the improvement of the quality of postgraduate education as the focus. Taking Zhongyuan University of Technology as an example, we introduce the main measures, practical innovations and achievements of its doctoral program construction in the paper.
