摘要
媒体舆论作为校外培训负担治理中的“软措施”,有其自身的价值和作用。正面的媒体舆论有助于凝聚思想共识,促进校外培训负担治理的有效施行;负面的媒体舆论则进一步加剧教育焦虑,阻碍校外培训负担的治理。当前,媒体舆论在校外培训负担治理中存在方向摇摆、价值偏失、形式喧嚣、功能式微等问题。为更好地发挥媒体舆论的正面引导作用,在推进校外培训负担治理的过程中,应确保主流媒体舆论占领治理制高点,形成校外培训负担治理的舆论共识,强化媒体舆论的治理责任,提升媒体舆论的整体治理效能。
As a soft measure in the governance of after-school training burden,public media opinion has its own value and effect.Positive media public opinion is helpful in building up ideological consensus and promoting the effective implementation of after-school training burden governance.Negative media public opinion further aggravates educational anxiety and hinders the in-depth development of after-school training burden governance.Presently,there are deviations in the governance of the burden of after-school training,such as direction wavering,value deviation,form noise,and functional decline.In order to give better play to the positive guiding effect of public media opinion in promoting the governance of the after-school training burden.It is necessary to ensure that mainstream media public opinion occupies the commanding position of governance,form a consensus of public opinion on after-school training burden governance,strengthen the governance responsibility of public media opinion,and improve the overall governance efficiency of public media opinion.
