掘进机机载除尘系统流场分析

摘要 为降低掘进巷道粉尘对人体危害,开发了集成湿式除尘系统的掘进机,介绍了除尘系统的结构及主要技术参数。为了保证较好的除尘效果,建立了风道流场模型,对掘进机除尘结构内部的流场进行模拟分析,获取了掘进机工作过程中流场的分布规律,优化了风道结构,为除尘系统的设计提供了依据,并在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。 In order to reduce the harm of dust in excavating roadway to human health,the roadheader with integrated wet dust removal system was developed.The structure and main technical parameters of the dust removal system were introduced.In order to ensure a better dust removal effect,the flow field model of the air duct was established,the flow field inside the dust removal structure of the roadheader was simulated and analyzed.The distribution regular of the flow field in the working process of the roadheader was obtained,and the air duct structure was optimized.It provides a basis for the design of dust removal system,and has achieved good results in practical application.
