卒中相关性肺炎从肠论治探析

Analysis of the Treatment of Stroke Associated Pneumonia from the Intestine

本文通过介绍脑肺肠相关理论,探讨从肠论治卒中相关性肺炎。卒中相关性肺炎主要病位在脑与肺,与大肠关系密切。本文认为因脑、肺与大肠的密切联系,提出在调节脑主神明、肺主治节等生理功能的前提下,应同时重视治肠对脑肺的影响并附验案,为卒中相关性肺炎的中医治疗提供借鉴。

This article introduces the related theory of brain,lung and intestine,and discusses the treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia from intestine.Stroke-associated pneumonia is mainly located in the brain and lung.It is closely related to the large intestine.Due to the close relationship between the brain,lung and large intestine,this paper proposes that on the premise of regulating the physiological functions of the brain and the lung,the influence of the intestine on the brain and lung should be paid attention to at the same time.There is a case provided following the theroy discussion.This paper can provide reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of stroke-related pneumonia.
