摘要
案例教学法不同于以往传统的教学模式,可提高学生自主学习能力,培养学生临床思维与解决临床问题的能力,从而提高教学效率与质量。本文以1例合并多种疾病的复杂炎症性肠病案例入手,首先进行授课式教学,带领学生学习相关理论知识,再引导学生结合案例资料思考消化系统疾病的临床特点,分析消化内科用药的治疗方案选择、药学监护重点等,组织学生充分讨论,最后由教师进行总结。案例教学法以临床案例为抓手,通过理论授课、案例分析、集中讨论、课后总结等教学方式,在指导学生消化内科用药知识的基础上,加深了对消化疾病药学监护点的认识,提高了学生学习效率,激发了学生自主学习的积极性。
The case teaching method is different from the traditional teaching mode in the past. It can improve students’ autonomous learning ability and cultivate students’ clinical thinking and ability to solve clinical problems,so as to improve teaching efficiency and quality. This study starts with the case of a patient with inflammatory bowel disease. Firstly, it carries out lecture-based teaching, leading the students to learn relevant theoretical knowledge.Then it guides students to think about the clinical characteristics of digestive system diseases in combination with case data, analyzes the treatment scheme selection of drugs in gastroenterology and the key points of pharmaceutical supervision, organizes the students to have a full discussion, and finally allows the teacher to summarize.Case-Based Learning focuses on clinical cases. On the basis of instructing students on the knowledge of drug use in gastroenterology, this method deepens students’ understanding of the pharmaceutical care points for digestive diseases, improved their learning efficiency, and inspired them to learn independently and positively through theoretical teaching, case analysis, intensive discussion, after-class summary, and other teaching methods.
