上海世博足迹亚定点医院医院感染防控工作实践

Practice of Prevention and Control of Nosocomial Infection in Sub Designated Hospitals in Shanghai World Expo Footprint

自上海市新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株流行以来,疫情迅速发展蔓延,呈爆发趋势。为了控制疫情的持续扩大,同时为了保障人民健康,提供就医环境,解决人等床的现象。上海市四月下旬将部分方舱医院升级为亚定点医院。建设亚定点医院,可以进一步提升患者分级分类救治体系。方舱功能升级对医院感染防控提出了更大的挑战。上海世博足迹亚定点医院医院从建立健全组织体系,因地制宜开展防控工作,强调人人都是感控实践者,强化感染防控培训,加强环境消毒,建立督导巡查台账机制,做好健康监测与职业暴露后的处理与监测,加强患者管理等一系列医院感染措施实现了医务人员零感染、住院患者零死亡的佳绩。为大型方舱医院功能升级防控措施提供参考。

Objective Since the outbreak of Omicron variant of novel coronavirus in Shanghai,the epidemic situation has developed rapidly and spread,showing an outbreak trend. In order to control the continuous expansion of the epidemic,and to ensure people’s health,provide a medical environment and solve the problem of people waiting for beds. In late April,Shanghai upgraded some shelter hospitals to sub designated hospitals. The construction of sub designated hospitals can further improve the classification and treatment system of patients. The upgrade of shelter function poses a greater challenge to the prevention and control of hospital infection. The Shanghai World Expo footprint sub designated hospital hospital has achieved a series of hospital infection measures,including establishing and improving the organizational system,carrying out prevention and control work according to local conditions,emphasizing that everyone is a practitioner of infection control,strengthening infection prevention and control training,strengthening environmental disinfection,establishing a supervision and inspection account mechanism,doing a good job in health monitoring and post occupational exposure treatment and monitoring,and strengthening patient management. The hospital has achieved zero infection of medical personnel and zero death of hospitalized patients. It provides a reference for the prevention and control measures of the function upgrading of the large shelter hospital.
