摘要
目的探究韧性教育在血液透析患者液体自我管理的应用效果。方法选择2020年5月于本院进行维持性血液透析的患者90例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和实验组两组,每组各45例。对照组采用常规的基于医护人员主导,患者参与的液体摄入管理模式,实验组实施基于韧性教育的血透患者液体自我管理模式。干预6个月后对比心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、成人心理韧性量表(RSA)、透析间期体重增长。结果干预后,两组患者体重增加值IDWG评分高于干预前,且实验组患者体重增加值IDWG评分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者自我效能量中能解决最棒的、尽力去做解决、麻烦能解决、麻烦能面对、尽力去做不能解决、我好差等评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者心理韧性量中坚韧度、自强、乐观等评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析患者液体自我管理模式中,韧性教育能够有效提高其自我管理能力,增强疾病治疗自信,利于促进生活质量改善。
Objective To explore the effect of resilience education in the self-management of fluid intake in hemodialysis patients.Methods Ninety patients who received maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital in May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine fluid intake management mode based on medical staff and patient participation,while the experimental group implemented the fluid self-management mode for hemodialysis patients based on resilience education.After 6 months of intervention,the Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Adult Psychological Resilience Scale(RSA)and interdialysis weight gain were compared.Results After intervention,the weight gain IDWG score in both two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the weight gain IDWG score in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-efficacy of patients in the experimental group in can solve the best,try to solve,trouble can solve,trouble can face,try to do but can not solve,and I am so bad were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of toughness,self-improvement and optimism in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the fluid self-management mode of hemodialysis patients,resilience education can effectively improve their self-management ability,enhance their confidence in disease treatment,and promote the improvement of quality of life.
