摘要
基于新工科建设背景下对数控人才培养的新要求,针对传统数控编程及加工课程教学模式存在现状及问题,提出在教学过程中引入项目驱动式教学模式,解决课程教学过程中课程专业性及实践性强、学生兴趣不足、积极性不高、运用所学知识解决问题能力不足等问题。本文以马铃薯杀秧机螺纹轴作为课程中的项目教学案例,从项目设计、项目实施、课程评价体系等方面展开详细论述。通过积极探索数控编程及加工课程项目化教学模式,为培养满足新工科背景下的数控工程技术人才提供一定参考。
Based on the new requirements for the training of numerical control talents under the background of the construction of new engineering courses,and in view of the current situation and problems of the traditional teaching mode of numerical control programming and processing courses,this paper puts forward the introduction of project driven teaching mode in the teaching process to solve the problems of strong curriculum professionalism and practicality,insuffi cient students'interest,low enthusiasm,insuffi cient ability to solve problems by using the learned knowledge,etc.This paper takes the screw shaft of potato seedling killing machine as a project teaching case in the course,and discusses in detail from the aspects of project design,project implementation,course evaluation system and so on.By actively exploring the project-based teaching mode of NC programming and processing courses,it provides a certain reference for training NC engineering and technical talents who meet the new engineering background.
