焦点式心理护理联合接纳、承诺理念护理对胃癌切除术患者自我效能感、癌因性疲乏及应对方式的影响

Effect of focused psychological Nursing combined with Acceptance and Commitment Concept Nursing on Self-efficacy,cancer-related Fatigue and coping Style of Patients with gastric Cancer undergoing Resection

目的 探讨胃癌切除术患者给予焦点式心理护理联合接纳、承诺理念护理干预对自我效能感、癌因性疲乏及应对方式的影响。方法 选取2019年12月至2022年2月在濮阳市第五人民医院治疗的92例胃癌切除术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(46例)和对照组(46例),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予焦点式心理护理联合接纳、承诺理念护理干预,比较两组患者自我效能感、癌因性疲乏及应对方式。结果 两组干预后一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分明显提高,且观察组评分较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预后Piper疲乏评估修订量表(PFS-R)评分明显降低,且观察组评分较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预后面对评分明显提高,回避、屈服评分明显下降,且观察组面对评分较对照组明显更高,回避、屈服评分明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胃癌切除术患者给予焦点式心理护理联合接纳、承诺理念护理干预,能够改善患者自我效能感、癌因性疲乏及应对方式。

Objective To explore the effect of focused psychological nursing combined with acceptance and commitment concept nursing on self-efficacy,cancer-related fatigue and coping style in patients with gastric cancer after resection.Methods A total of 92 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in Puyang Fifth People's Hospital from December 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases)according to the method of random number table.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given focus psychological nursing combined with acceptance and commitment concept nursing intervention.The self-efficacy,cancer-related fatigue and coping style of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the score of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)in the two groups was significantly improved,and the score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of piper fatigue assessment revised scale(PFS-R)was significantly lower in the two groups,and the score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the face scores of avoidance and submission were significantly decreased,the face scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the scores of avoidance and submission were significantly lower,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused psychological nursing combined with acceptance and commitment concept nursing intervention can improve the self-efficacy,cancer-related fatigue and coping style of patients with gastric cancer after resection.
