基于MAPK信号通路调控探究针灸治疗脊髓损伤的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 脊髓损伤在全世界是一种发病率高的疾病,具有致残率高以及青壮年多见的特点,其临床表现多为损伤平面以下脊髓功能消失,出现运动、感觉障碍,并经常伴有神经源性膀胱、神经源性肠道功能障碍、神经病理性疼痛等并发症,严重影响患者生活质量。近年针灸疗法被广泛运用到脊髓损伤治疗中,且有较为确切的疗效,丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)作为生物体内一条重要的信号通路,参与调解多种细胞生理过程,在脊髓损伤的病理生理学中起关键作用。文章基于MAPK信号通路,对近年针灸治疗脊髓损伤的机制研究进行综述,以期为今后科研、临床研究提供新的思路与方法。 Spinal cord injury is a disease with a high incidence in the world,with a high rate of disability and the characteristics of the young adults.The clinical manifestations of this disease are usually the disappearance of spinal cord function below the injury plane,motor and sensory disorders,and often accompanied by neurogenic bladder,neurogenic intestinal dysfunction,neuropathic pain and other complications,which seriously affect patients’quality of life.In recent years,acupuncture therapy has been widely used in the treatment of spinal cord injury and has a relatively definite effect.As an important signaling pathway in biological body,mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK)is involved in the mediation of various cellular physiological processes and plays a key role in the pathophysiology of spinal cord injury.Based on MAPK signaling pathway,this paper reviews the mechanism of acupuncture for spinal cord injury in recent years,in order to provide new ideas and methods for future scientific research and clinical research.
