经外奇穴文献理论研究概况

General review of the literature theory of the Extra ordinary point

经外奇穴是腧穴的重要组成部分,1949年以后国内经外奇穴的研究存在诸多问题:文献整理方面,早期阐述奇穴整体历史的文献少而粗疏,详考极少,偏重收集,系统规范化整理欠缺,20世纪80年代末开始单穴述考渐增,以病统穴尚少;理论研究方面,经外奇穴的名称、概念、定义尚未统一,应规范标准化,片面强调归经,奇穴理论体系建构欠缺。2021年国家标准《经外奇穴名称与定位》系统探讨了“经外奇穴”概念演变、术语规范化和标准化的目标、路径与标志性成果,是经外奇穴史上的标志性事件。未来奇穴规范标准化的整理,离不开对奇穴文献分类的认识,其理论体系建构无需归经,应融汇西学创新发展。

There were many problems in studying the Extra ordinary point,which was an essential part of the acupoint after the country’s founding.In the aspect of literature documentation,the overall history is less and rough in the early days after 1949,the detailed examination is very few,the collection is more,and the system standardization is lacking.In the late 1980s,the single acupoint examination began to increase gradually.However,there are few disease-oriented points.In theoretical research,the noun,concept and definition of the Extra ordinary point have not been unified,which should be standardized.At present,most studies tend to attribute the Extra ordinary point into the fourteen meridians,and a systematic theoretical framework is still not established.In the national standard Nomenclature and Location of the Extra Point in Common Use of 2021,the evolution of the concept of the extra point,the objectives,paths and landmark achievements are systematically explored and combed.It is an iconic event of its history.In the future,the regulation and standardization of extra point cannot be separated from the understanding of the literature classification of extra point.There is no need for attribution in the construction of its theoretical system.It should integrate the innovation and development of Western medicine studies.
