护理管理应用护理岗位绩效考核的效果及对工作质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估护理岗位绩效考核应用在护理管理中的效果及对工作质量的影响。方法将2018年1月—2019年1月山东省寿光市中医医院未实施护理岗位绩效考核的15名护理人员纳入对照组,将2019年2月—2020年1月本院实施护理岗位绩效考核的15名护理人员纳入观察组,评价两组工作质量、工作绩效、职业倦怠感、自我效能感、护理差错事件及患者满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组工作质量、工作绩效、职业倦怠感、自我效能感评分更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理差错事件发生率(0.00%)低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组操作熟练度、病区环境、服务态度、护患沟通满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中应用护理岗位绩效考核,能够提升护理人员工作质量、工作绩效、自我效能感,减轻职业倦怠感,减少护理差错,赢得患者认可。 Objective To assess the effect of nursing post performance appraisal application in nursing management and the impact on work quality.Methods Fifty-eight patients and 15 nursing staff in Shouguang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shandong Province,who did not implement nursing post performance appraisal from January 2018 to January 2019 were included in the control group,and 15 nursing staff who implemented nursing post performance assessment in the hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were included in the observation group.The quality of work,job performance,burnout,self-efficacy,nursing error events,and patient satisfaction were evaluated between groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of job quality,job performance,job burnout and self-efficacy in the observation group were better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in the observation group(0.00%)was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of operation proticiency,ward environment,service attitude and nurse-patient communication scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing post performance appraisal in nursing management can improve work quality,work performance,self-efficacy,reduce burnout,reduce nursing errors of nursing staff and win patients'recognition.
