摘要
目的分析精细化管理在医院医务部管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月苏州市广济医院医务部的10名工作人员为研究对象,于2020年7月—2021年12月在本院医务部管理中实施精细化管理,于2019年1月—2020年6月对医务部工作人员实施常规管理,观察精细化管理的应用效果。结果相较于精细化管理实施前医务部管理质量各项评分、医务部工作人员工作自我满意度评分、患者对医务部服务满意度评分,精细化管理实施后均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院医务部管理中实施精细化管理,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of application of refined management in the management of hospital medical department.Methods 10 staff members in the medical department of Suzhou Guangji Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and fine management was implemented in the management of the medical department of this hospital from July 2020 to December 2021,and regular management was implemented for the staff in the medical department from January 2019 to June 2020 to observe the fine management application effect.Results Compared with the scores of management quality of medical department before the implementation of refined management,the scores of job self-satisfaction of medical department staff and the scores of patients'satisfaction with the service of medical department before the implementation of refined management,the scores after the implementation of refined management were higher,and the differenc was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined management in the management of hospital medical departments has significant clinical application value.
