新文科建设中财经类高校学科交叉融合培养人才探索

财经类高校肩负新文科建设的重大使命,承担培养符合中国特色社会主义新时代要求、具有家国情怀、熟悉国情、国际视野、通晓国际经济规则的时代新人的重大任务。财经类高校传统人才培养存在学科之间的隔阂和封闭现象,培养的人才很难适应新时代社会发展需要。学科交叉融合是新文科建设的基本要求,在此背景下财经类高校人才培养应注重学科与学科、学科与新技术、学科与新时代交叉融合,真正实现“专业优化”“课程提质”和“模式创新”,培养具有学科交叉融合特色的人文社科优秀人才。

Finance and economics colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of the construction of New Liberal Arts,facing the major task of cultivating new college graduates who meet the requirements of the new era of China with patriotic feeling,global vision,and a good mater of international economic rules.There is a phenomenon of estrangement and closure between disciplines in the traditional cultivating of college of finance and economics students,which makes it difficult to meet the compound needs of the new era.Since interdisciplinary integration is the basic requirement of the construction of New Liberal Arts,finance and economics colleges and universities should pay attention to the integration of disciplines,disciplines and new technology,as well as disciplines and new era,realizing specialty optimization,curriculum quality improvement and mode innovation to cultivate interdisciplinary personnel and social science personnel with interdisciplinary integration background.
