Analysis of Key Construction Technologies of Prefabricated Prefabricated Subway Stations

以长春地铁二号线西延线捷达大路站装配式车站施工安全质量管控为例,分析装配式地铁车站的结构和型式,进而研究预制装配式车站的关键施工技术,包括构件吊装技术、精平垫层技术、张拉、拼装装备技术、拼装步序、榫槽注浆技术等,以及拼装精度和拼装效率等问题,找到其中需要注意的关键点和关键部位,希望能够为以后的地铁建设提供一些参考价值。

Taking the safety and quality control of the construction of the prefabricated station of the Jetta Dalu Station of the West Extension Line of Changchun Metro Line 2 as an example,the structure and type of the prefabricated subway station are analyzed.Then,the key construction technologies of prefabricated station are studied,including component hoisting technology,fine leveling cushion technology,tensioning,assembly equipment technology,assembly steps,mortise grouting technology,as well as assembly accuracy and efficiency,and the key points and parts that need attention are found,hoping to provide some reference value for future subway construction.
