精益管理在发电企业如何应用的思考

Consideration on Application of Lean Management in Power Generation Enterprises

结合发电企业面临的发展现状、经营需要,介绍了精益管理的内涵、推行方法。研究了精益管理在发电企业生产管理中的应用,提出重点从集控运行、提升设备状态数据获取、建立状态诊断分析管理体系、技术标准等方面开展智慧电厂建设,提升设备状态诊断能力;建立状态检修管理体系、评价方法,推行状态检修;开展标准化建设、规范管理等方面实施精益管理,通过精益管理,实现发电企业降本增效,提升市场竞争力。

This paper introduces the connotation and implementation method of lean management in combination with the development status and operation needs of power generation enterprises.The application of lean management in production management of power generation enterprises is studied.It is proposed that the construction of intelligent power plant should be focused on centralized control operation,improvement of equipment status data acquisition,establishment of status diagnosis and analysis management system,technical standardsto improve equipment status diagnosis ability.By establishing the management system and evaluation method of conditionbased maintenance,the method of condition based maintenance is implemented.At the same time,it is necessary to implement lean management in the aspects of standardization construction and standardization management.Through lean management,power generation enterprises can achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase,and enhance market competitiveness.
