摘要
绿色技术创新是中国扭转制造业全球价值链“高端封锁”和“低端锁定”的重要抓手。基于OECD投入产出数据与世界银行STRD数据,利用全球多区域投入产出模型和面板模型,实证探讨绿色技术创新对制造业全球价值链攀升的影响。研究发现:绿色技术创新数量和绿色技术创新质量对制造业全球价值链攀升均具有显著促进作用,其中绿色技术创新质量促进效应更为明显,且这一结论在考虑内生性及多种稳健性之后仍然成立;绿色技术创新对技术密集型制造业、东部地区、国有企业制造业全球价值链攀升的影响效应更强。据此,应夯实基础,完善价值链绿色创新体系;兼顾全局,实施差异化创新激励措施;聚焦重点,引领绿色核心产业崛起。
Green technological innovation is an important starting point for China to reverse the"highend blockade"and"low-end lock-in"of the global value chain of manufacturing industry.Based on OECD input-output data and World Bank STRD data,this paper empirically discusses the impact of green technology innovation on the rise of manufacturing global value chain by using global multi regional input-output model and panel model.It is found that the quantity and quality of green technological innovation can significantly promote the rise of manufacturing global value chain,the promotion effect of green technology innovation quality is more obvious,and this conclusion is still valid after considering endogeneity and multiple robustness.Heterogeneity analysis shows that green technology innovation has a strong impact on the rise of the global value chain of manufacturing in the eastern regions,and it has a strong impact on the rise of the global value chain of technology-intensive manufacturing and state-owned enterprises.Therefore,we should consolidate the foundation and improve the value chain green innovation system,take into account the overall situation and implement differentiated innovation incentive measures,focus on key points and lead the rise of green core industries.
