复方玄驹胶囊治疗男性勃起功能障碍疗效评价:随机对照试验的Meta分析

Evaluation of the efficacy of compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction:Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

目的运用Meta分析的方法,评价复方玄驹胶囊治疗男性勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供相应依据。方法计算机检索中文数据库[中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库]、英文数据库(PubMed、Cochrane、Embase)中关于复方玄驹胶囊治疗男性ED的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2021年12月31日。采用ReMan5.3软件对符合质量标准的文献进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入42篇研究,共3904例患者,方法学质量普遍偏低。Meta分析结果显示,试验组的国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(MD=3.68,95%CI:2.72~4.63,P<0.00001),试验组的血清总睾酮(TT)优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(MD=3.83,95%CI:1.84~5.83,P=0.0002);复方玄驹联合其他药物组治疗ED的勃起功能指数改善情况优于单用其他药物组,差异具有统计学意义(MD=4.22,95%CI:3.61~4.84,P<0.00001),复方玄驹胶囊单用治疗ED的疗效与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(MD=2.23,95%CI:-0.35~4.80,P=0.09)。结论复方玄驹胶囊治疗ED有较好疗效,与其他药物联用效果更佳。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction(ED)with Meta-analysis,and to provide relevant evidence for clinical treatment.Methods Randomized controlled trials of compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of male ED were searched online from Chinese databases(CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and Chinese biomedical literature database)and English databases(PubMed,Cochrane,Embase)until December 31,2021.ReMan5.3 software was used to conduct Meta-analysis of the literature that met the quality standards.Results Finally,42 studies with a total of 3,904 patients were included,and the methodological quality was generally low.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(MD=3.68,95%CI:2.72-4.63,P<0.000,01),the serum total testosterone(TT)of experimental group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(MD=3.83,95%CI:1.84-5.83,P=0.000,2).The improvement of erectile function index of compound Xuanju capsule combined with other drugs in the treatment of ED was better than that of other drugs alone,and the difference was statistically significant(MD=4.22,95%CI:3.61-4.84,P<0.000,01),there was no significant difference in the efficacy of compound Xuanju capsule alone in the treatment of ED compared with the control group(MD=2.23,95%CI:-0.35-4.80,P=0.09).Conclusions Compound Xuanju capsule is effective in the treatment of ED,and it is better when in combination with other drugs.
