摘要
为了揭示温度对鲤呼吸代谢影响,采用密闭流水法测定了不同温度下两种规格松浦鲤(Cyprinus carpio Songpu)与松浦镜鲤(Cyprinus carpio Songpu mirror)的耗氧率与排氨率,密封进出水口测定窒息点。结果显示:两种鲤的耗氧率、排氨率与窒息点均随水温上升而增加,1龄松浦镜鲤的耗氧率与排氨率显著高于1龄松浦鲤的耗氧率与排氨率,2龄松浦镜鲤的耗氧率与排氨率低于2龄松浦鲤,但差异不显著。两种鲤的昼夜耗氧率与排氨率变化趋势基本一致。1龄松浦鲤与1龄松浦镜鲤的窒息点为0.38~0.60 mg/L,2龄松浦鲤与2龄松浦镜鲤的窒息点为0.11~0.37 mg/L,且各组间差异显著。结果表明温度对两种鲤的耗氧率、排氨率与窒息点影响较大,且1龄时期松浦镜鲤比1龄松浦鲤代谢旺盛,2龄时期两种鲤代谢程度相近。
The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of two sizes of Songpu carp(Cyprinus carpio)and Songpu mirror carp(Cyprinus carpio)were measured at different temperatures by closed flow method to reveal the effect of temperature on the respiration and metabolism of common carp.The suffocation point was measured by sealing the inlet and outlet of water.The results showed that the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Songpu carp and Songpu mirror carp increased with the temperature rise,respectively.The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of 1-year-old Songpu mirror carp were significantly higher than those of 1-year-old Songpu carp.The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of 2-year-old Songpu mirror carp were lower than those of 2-year-old Songpu carp.The trends of oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate were the same in 24 h.The suffocation points of 1-year-old carp were 0.38~0.60 mg/L.The suffocation points of 2-year-old carp were 0.11~0.37 mg/L.There were significant differences among the groups.The temperature greatly influenced the oxygen consumption rate,ammonia excretion rate and suffocation point of Songpu carp and Songpu mirror carp.The metabolism of 1-year-old Songpu mirror carp was more vigorous than that of 1-year-old Songpu carp,and the metabolism degree of the two species of carp was similar at 2-year-old.
