Analysis of Old Community Transformation Demands Based on Residents'Characteristics

为更全面准确地掌握居民需求,本文以居民特征为切入点,利用关联规则Apriori算法,在实证数据集上挖掘居民特征与改造需求之间的潜在关联,通过测试样本集预判居民需求验证了该规则的有效性,最后对关联规则进行总结分析,得出居民特征与改造需求对应的关联性结论,为老旧小区改造需求识别提供决策参考,有助于老旧小区改造从“经验驱动”向“数据驱动”改进。

In order to master residents'needs more comprehensively and accurately,this paper takes residents'characteristics as the starting point,uses the Apriori algorithm of association rules to mine the potential association between residents'characteristics and transformation demands on the empirical data set,and verifies the effectiveness of this rule by testing the sample set to predict residents'demands.Finally,it summarizes and analyzes the association rules,and draws a conclusion on the correlation between residents'characteristics and transformation demands,which could provide reference for the identification and decision-making of the transformation needs of old communities,and be helpful for the transformation of old communities from"experience driven"to"data driven".
