摘要
为解决海上油气田生产过程中由于洗井不干净导致地层被污染、产量降低,严重影响作业效率、增加作业成本和作业难度的问题,采用结构设计和模拟验证相结合的方法,研制了一套可旋转式刮管器,通过多次现场作业测试,各项性能参数稳定可靠,目前已完全替代进口产品。
To solve the problem of the cost of operation Increaseing in the process of offshore oil and gas production due to formation pollution、yield decreased.It developed a set of Casing Scraper by adopting the method of combining the structure design and test,The Casing Scraper is stable and reliable after multiple functional test on the ground,The safety valve is replace the imported products.
