“艺术+商业”模式下的工业遗产改造策略——以哈尔滨西城红场为例

Research on the Transformation Strategy of Industrial Heritage under the Mode of“Art+Commerce”:A Case of Harbin Xicheng Red Square

在全国产业转型及存量更新的大背景下,工业遗产的转型改造势在必行。相较于传统的商业空间,艺术文化的介入除了能够优化空间环境,更为消费者带来新奇的体验,满足其对艺术文化的精神追求。以哈尔滨西城红场为研究对象,从其发展现状出发,分析其“艺术+商业”模式下的改造意义,并结合现场调研内容,从新旧元素融合、空间组织和氛围营造三个方面归纳总结了该模式下的工业遗产改造策略,以期为相关工业遗产的商业化改造开发提供设计思路。

In the context of national industrial transformation and stock regeneration,the transformation of industrial heritage is inevitable.Compared with traditional commercial spaces,the intervention of art and culture can not only optimize the spatial environment,but also bring novel experiences to consumers and satisfy their spiritual pursuit of art and culture.This paper takes Xicheng Red Square in Harbin as the research object,analyses the significance of its transformation under the mode of“art+commerce”from the current situation of its development,and summarizes the transformation strategy of industrial heritage under this mode from three aspects,namely the integration of old and new elements,the organization of space and the creation of atmosphere,by combining the on-site investigation.
