针对性护理干预对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗遵医行为的影响观察

目的分析老年脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗给予针对性护理干预对遵医行为的影响。方法从我院2019-2022年期间选取42例老年脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究分析对象,按照护理方法不同,分配成观察组和对照组(各21例)。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用针对性护理干预.观察两组效果。结果干预后.观察组患者遵医行为显著较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者日常生活能力显著较对照组好(P<0.05);观察组患者肢体运动功能显著较对照组好(P<0.05);观察组患者对疾病掌握程度显著较对照组好(P<0.05).结论对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者行康复治疗给予针对性护理,可有效提高患者治疗的依从性并改善肢体运动功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation treatment and targeted nursing intervention on medical compliance behavior in elderly patients with hemiplegia.Methods From 2019 to 2022,42 elderly stroke hemiplegic patients were selected as research and analysis objects,and were assigned to observation group and control group(21 cases each)according to different nursing methods.The control group was treated with usual nursing,and the observation group was treated with targeted nursing interventions,and the effects of the two groups were observed.Results After the intervention,the observation group had significantly higher medical compliance behavior than the control group(P<0.05),the observation group had significantly better daily living ability than the control group(P<0.05),the observation group had significantly better limb motor function than the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group had a significantly better grasp of the disease than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted care for rehabilitation treatment for elderly stroke hemiplegia patients can effectively improve the patient's compliance with treatment and improve limb motor function.
