摘要
2022年新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》从法律层面对职业教育教师的专业素质与社会地位给予了保障,为发展中国特色现代职业教育、建设高质量职教教师队伍夯实了法治基础。结合新职教法提出的基本要求,发现目前职教师资队伍建设仍存在培养模式缺乏创新、岗位设置与评聘制度亟待改善以及职教吸引力有待增强等掣肘。提出构建教师教育一体化机制,创新发展模式;科学设置教师岗位,完善教师评聘制度;营造教师发展有利环境,吸引更多高素质人才充实职教师资队伍等建设思路。
The newly revised"Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China"in 2022 guarantees the professional quality and social status of vocational education teachers from a legal level,and consolidates the legal basis for developing modern vocational education with Chinese characteristics and building a high-quality vocational education teacher team.In combination with the basic requirements put forward by the new Vocational Education Law,it is found that there are still constraints such as lack of innovation in training mode,urgent need to improve job setting and evaluation system,and need to enhance attractiveness of vocational education in the current construction of vocational teacher team.Finally this paper put forward some construction ideas such as building an integrated mechanism for teacher education,innovating development mode;scientifically setting teacher positions,improving teacher evaluation system;creating a favorable environment for teacher development,attracting more high-quality talents to enrich vocational teacher team.
