摘要
目的探讨老年中重度银屑病患者应用窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合卡泊三醇倍他米松的治疗效果。方法抽取2021年3月至2022年3月平顶山市第二人民医院收治的中重度银屑病老年患者84例,以双色球法分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组予以NB-UVB治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合卡泊三醇倍他米松治疗,比较两组总有效率、炎性因子水平、银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、负面情绪效果。结果观察组总有效率(90.48%,38/42)高于对照组(71.43%,30/42),P<0.05。治疗前,组间炎性因子、PASI评分、负面情绪比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组炎性因子水平、PASI评分、负面情绪评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论老年中重度银屑病患者予以NB-UVB联合卡泊三醇倍他米松方案治疗,可提高临床治疗效果,改善血清炎性因子水平与PASI评分,还可有效缓解负面情绪。
Objective To investigate the effect of narrow-band UVB(NB-UVB)combined with calcipotriol and betamethasone in elderly patients with moderate to severe psoriasis.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with moderate to severe psoriasis admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected for the study,and they were divided into control group and observation group by the two-color sphere method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated by NB-UVB,and the observation group was treated with calcipotriol and betamethasone based on the treatment of the control group.The total response rate,inflammatory factors,psoriasis lesion area and severity index(PASI)score,and negative emotional effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the observation group(90.48%,38/42)was higher than that of the control group(71.43%,30/42),P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in levels of inflammatory factors,PASI score and negative emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,PASI score and negative emotion score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions NB-UVB combined with calcipotriol and betamethasone for moderate to severe psoriasis in the elderly can improve clinical effect,improve levels of serum inflammatory factors and PASI score,and effectively relieve negative emotions.
