预加氢化工装置偏差HAZOP风险分析研究

摘要 近几年随着我国化工行业产能和规模的不断发展,化工安全事故频发,给化工行业造成了严重的人员死亡、财产损失、环境污染和恶劣的社会影响,因此对化工装置进行全面、详细的危险辨识和分析成为化工管理者和专家一直追求的目标。HAZOP是目前广泛使用于化工装置风险辨识的方法。本文在分析了化工行业安全风险现状的基础上,介绍了HAZOP分析方法及其优点,通过具体案例分析了HAZOP在化工行业的应用。 With the continuous development of the capacity and scale of China's chemical industry in recent years,chemical safety accidents have occurred frequently,causing serious death,property loss,environmental pollution and adverse social impact to the chemical industry.Therefore,comprehensive and detailed hazard identification and analysis of chemical plants has become the goal that chemical managers and experts have been pursuing.HAZOP is currently widely used in risk identification of chemical plants.Based on the analysis of the current situation of safety risks in the chemical industry,this paper introduces the HAZOP analysis method and its advantages,and analyzes the application of HAZOP in the chemical industry through specific cases.
