直缝埋弧焊管几何尺寸偏差控制方法及工艺研究

摘要 针对长输管道建设对焊管几何尺寸精度要求日趋严格的情况,对大口径直缝埋弧焊管存在的不圆度、噘嘴、错边等几何尺寸偏差超标问题及其原因进行了分析,从工艺角度研究了控制方法并提出了优化措施。实际生产情况对比显示,工艺优化后,成品管返修率比优化前大幅降低,为进一步提高直缝埋弧焊管质量提供了工艺依据。 In view of the increasingly strict requirements on the geometric dimension accuracy of welded pipe in the construction of long distance pipeline,this paper analyzed the problems and causes of non-conformity of geometric deviations such as out-of-roundness,peak and radial offset,etc.of the large diameter longitudinal submerged arc welded(SAWL)pipe.Control methods were studied and optimization measures were put forward from the perspective of manufacturing process.Results of the actual production show that the repair rate of finished pipes after the process optimization is significantly lower than that before the optimization,which provides a technical basis for further improving the quality of large diameter SAWL pipe.
