大跨度钢网架拆除再拼装技术分析研究

摘要 针对已建大跨度钢网架项目的改造,采用钢立柱和盘扣支架作为组合支撑实施部分网架拆除,按设计要求将原网架结构钢立柱移位缩减网架跨度、再拼装网架。对整体组合支撑体系、网架散拆、分块整体拆除及网架散拼装等工艺进行了分析研究,总结的技术要点可为类似项目提供借鉴。 In view of the reconstruction of the existing large-span steel grid project,the steel column and disc buckle support are used as the combined support to implement part of the grid removal,and the steel column of the original grid structure is moved to reduce the grid span and reassemble the grid according to the design requirements.This paper analyzes and studies the technologies of the integral combined support system,the grid frame separate dismantling,its block integral dismantling and its separate assembling,etc.The summarized technical points can provide reference for similar projects.
