摘要
针对高校教师教学知识基础的专业性、权利保障的自主性、互动对象的成熟性等独特特征,以管理者技能论为基础,从技术技能、人际关系技能和概念技能三个维度审视,高校教师教学领导力应包括目标格局力、教学决定力、教学自控力、组织沟通力、教学信任力和教学变革力六个要素,据此可构建“三维六力”高校教师教学领导力结构模型,以阐述教学领导力在教师职业发展不同阶段所发挥的作用,为高校教师教学领导力建设提供参考。
Aiming at the unique characteristics of university teachers such as the professionalism of their teaching knowledge base,the autonomy of their rights protection,and the maturity of their interactive objects,based on the manager skills theory,and viewed from three dimensions of technical skills,interpersonal skills,and conceptual skills,university teachers’teaching leadership should include six elements:goal pattern,teach⁃ing decision-making,teaching self-control,organizational communication,teaching trust,and teaching transfor⁃mation.Based on this,a structural model of“Three Dimensions and Six Elements”for college teachers’teach⁃ing leadership,which can be constructed to illustrate the role of teaching leadership in different stages of faculty development,providing reference for the construction of college teachers'teaching leadership.
