摘要
黄秋葵提取物含有多种功能成分,在食品、药品、饮料、化妆品等领域应用广泛。对2005-2021年间的223篇涉及“黄秋葵提取”的专利文献进行统计,从专利申请时间分布、主要技术领域和专利权人三方面分析了国内黄秋葵提取专利文献的保护现状。并进一步筛选黄秋葵提取用于“化妆品或类似的梳妆用配制品”的专利,采用频数分析和聚类分析对用于“化妆品或类似的梳妆用配制品”的重点专利技术信息进行了深入分析。结果显示,在化妆品中,秋葵提取物单独使用或协同其他植物提取物使用,可以发挥保湿、抗氧化、抗皱等功效,化妆品中与黄秋葵配伍使用的植物提取物以豆科植物和菊科植物较多。指出了在化妆品领域构建、完善黄秋葵提取专利网络的方向和建议,包括黄秋葵提取物的质量控制、提取装备、外观设计和设计含黄秋葵提取物的组合物产品等。
Okra(also known as Abelmoschus Esculentus)extract contains a variety of active components,including polysaccharides,lipids,proteins,amino acids,vitamins and flavone,which is widely used in food,pharmaceutical,cosmetics and other fields.The development of the patent protection of okra extraction technology was reviewed thoroughly.223 patents concerning about“okra extract”from the period of 2005 to 2021 were analyzed by the year distribution,the main technical fields and the patentee distribution,respectively.Furthermore,okra extracts used in“cosmetics or similar toiletry products”were selected and the key technical information of okra extracts used in“cosmetics or similar toiletry products”was studied carefully by frequency analysis and cluster analysis.In cosmetics,okra extracts,used alone or in conjunction with other plant extracts,can provide moisturizing,antioxidant,anti-wrinkle and other functions.In cosmetics,okra extracts more often work with Leguminosae or Compositae.Suggestions of promoting the development and protection of okra extracts in the field of cosmetics were provided,including the quality control of okra extract,improvement of extraction equipment,registration of design cosmetic products of extract combination containing okra extract,etc.
