AP1000核电站钢制安全壳底封头倒装施工技术应用分析

摘要 本文以国内某核电项目底封头倒装法创新应用案例为基础,从测量系统建立、支架施工与验收、几何尺寸控制、焊接质量、结构安全等几个方面入手,进行了浅要分析和论述。其拼装成型后的几何尺寸、进度、成品保护、费用投入等均符合项目工程文件要求,其最终结果与同类核电项目相比而言有较大的提升,可为后续核电项目建造提供借鉴和推广,并寄望引领提高核电站建造水平。 Based on a domestic nuclear power project's innovative application case,this paper analyzes and discusses the construction of measurement system,support construction and acceptance,geometric size control,welding quality,structural safety and other aspects.The geometric size,progress,protection of finished products and cost input after assembling and forming meet the requirements of project engineering documents,the final effect is greatly improved compared with similar nuclear power projects.It can provide reference and promotion for the subsequent construction of nuclear power projects,and hope to lead to improve the level of nuclear power plant construction.
