摘要
针对地质岩石和建筑材料等样品在γ能谱检测过程中的影响测量的因素进行了分析。提出了多次测量和倒置测量的方法,有效降低了γ能谱仪测量结果的不确定度;考察了不同的装样方式对样品测量结果的影响,并提出了消除相对自吸收的方法措施。
The factors affecting the measurement of geological rocks and building materials in the process ofγ-spectrum detection were analyzed.The method of multiple measurement and inverted measurement is proposed,which can effectively reduce the uncertainty of measurement results ofγspectrometer.The effects of different loading methods on the measurement results were investigated and the methods to eliminate the relative self-absorption were proposed.
